Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Syracuse is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Very Disappointing Experience β Extremely Different Attitudes Toward Chinese Customers The female owner/manager of this restaurant had an extremely unpleasant attitude toward us. When the male server initially made a mistake while taking our order, she harshly reprimanded him in Chinese. At first, we actually thought she was his mother and assumed she was simply a very strict βtiger mom.β Later, she came to our table and asked my husband about the details of our order in Chinese. Her tone was still extremely rude and aggressive. At the time, we were busy dealing with something on our phones, so we decided not to make an issue of it. We thought perhaps she was simply having a bad day, and because she is older, we chose to be understanding. However, later we saw her speaking English with customers at another table who were not Chinese. Her attitude was completely different. She was polite, friendly, and spoke in a very gentle voice. The contrast was shocking. When she spoke Chinese to us, she was practically shouting at us, as if we had done something wrong or had somehow offended her. This was especially disappointing because this is a Vietnamese restaurant, and when we first c

Came here for lunch after walking around downtown for a bit. I ordered their fried spring rolls and Pho special. Their pho was good. If youβre looking for shop with lighter broth and fixings this is your spot. I prefer my broth rich and spiced so this bowl wasnβt my favorite. The fried spring roll was wrapped and fried beautifully. Unfortunately, the texture of the filling was a bit dry. Good but not my favorite. Next time I want to try the bun miβs!

My husband and I love pho and try to get it whenever we can since we donβt have many options locally. We ordered the steak and brisket pho, which was delicious. They donβt make their own house sauce, but the sriracha was the perfect addition for a little extra spice. I did have to request a fork since Iβm not quite skilled enough with chopsticks for noodles yet, but they were very quick to bring one over. The staff was incredibly sweet and service was fast as well! Weβll definitely return next time weβre in town!

The atmosphere is very calm and the food was delectable. We got steamed dumplings and shredded pork and shrimp bowl and summer rolls. Absolutely delicious and the sauces were amazing. The green tea was very clarifying. I 100% recommend. We will be dinning again!
